As a Telecommunications Line Installer and Repairer, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of fiber optic cables. Your expertise will ensure reliable connectivity for our clients, and you will collaborate closely with a skilled team to achieve high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Execute fiber optic splicing and terminations according to company standards.
• Test and ensure the integrity and performance of installed fiber optic networks.
• Maintain thorough records of all installations and repairs.
• Work collaboratively with engineering teams to optimize installations.
• Engage in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in fiber optics.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all job sites.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications (e.g., CFOS/T, CFOT) are highly desirable

Experience

• Experience with installation and maintenance of fiber optic networks.

Technical Skills

• Fiber optic splicing methods
• OTDR operation
• Technical documentation

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
