Responsibilities

• Perform assembly line tasks with attention to detail.
• Conduct product inspections and quality assurance testing.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings to discuss goals.
• Help maintain production schedules and timelines.
• Utilize safety gear and adhere to safety protocols.
• Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished products.
• Report any safety hazards to management immediately.
• Document any incidents or accidents in accordance with company policy.
• Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving during production issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Machine troubleshooting

Languages

• English: Fluent
