Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Farmworkers and Laborers to support our crop, nursery, and greenhouse operations. The ideal candidates will assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting various plants, ensuring that all tasks are performed with precision and care. This role is vital for maintaining our high standards in sustainable agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of plants to identify any diseases or pests.
• Assist with the operation and maintenance of farm machinery and tools.
• Support the application of organic pesticides and fertilizers by following safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with other agricultural staff to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss crop progress and planning.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of farm labor experience is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Pesticide application

Languages

• English: Fluent
