Job Description

In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries. You will resolve issues, maintain IT equipment, and assist in system upgrades while providing exceptional support to our team. We seek an enthusiastic individual eager to advance in the IT field.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for IT support.
  • Analyze IT issues and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Assist in the deployment of IT projects and new technology.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and challenges.
  • Provide support for remote users and on-site staff.
  • Review and maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
