We are seeking a detail-oriented Honing Machine Operator to operate our honing machines and ensure the production of precisely honed metal parts. The ideal candidate will oversee the honing process, monitor machine performance, and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate honing machines efficiently to produce high-quality products.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize machining processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may occur during the honing process.
• Train and mentor new operators in machine operation and safety practices.
• Document production metrics and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
