Job Description

As an Investment Banker, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on financial transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising. You'll work closely with clients to analyze their financial needs and develop tailored strategies to maximize their growth potential. This position requires an analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to effectively present financial information.

Responsibilities

• Execute mergers and acquisitions assignments from start to finish.
• Assist clients in raising capital through various financial instruments.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Evaluate the financial impacts of strategic initiatives.
• Manage workflow and monitor progress on transactions.
• Train and mentor junior analysts within the investment banking team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and provide mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or financial services
