Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Bank Manager to lead our branch, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service. This role entails supervising staff, managing budgets, and developing strategies for customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the bank, including cash management and customer service.
  • Conduct employee training to ensure high service quality and compliance.
  • Implement sales strategies to boost revenue and customer base.
  • Monitor transaction performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to all federal and state banking regulations.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives to promote the branch’s offerings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Participate in local community engagement activities to enhance the bank’s presence.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
