Job Description

As a Demonstrator and Product Promoter, you will host engaging product demonstrations at customer parties, promoting our high-quality home party products. Your main responsibility is to create excitement around our products, ultimately driving sales and building customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with customers to enhance retention.
• Analyze sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
• Assist in inventory management and logistics for product supply.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions for continuous development.
• Implement feedback from customers to improve product demonstrations.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner to build trust.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in direct sales is a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years in sales or marketing

Technical Skills

• Presentation Skills
• CRM Software Usage

Languages

• English: Fluent
