Job Description

As a Gang Punch Operator, you will set the pace for success in our manufacturing facility. This position involves not only operating machinery but also ensuring that our products meet stringent quality standards. Responsibilities

• Set up gang punch machines based on production specifications and job orders.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to optimize performance.
• Conduct routine inspections of the machines and tools.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to reduce defects in production.
• Participate in daily safety meetings and adhere to safety protocols.
• Provide feedback on the production process for continuous improvement.
• Maintain inventory of materials and communicate needs to supervisors.
• Calibrate machines and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Engage in cross-training with other departments to enhance team flexibility.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain compliance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary education in manufacturing or metalworking is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or metalworking role
