Structural Engineer

Job Description

Dynamic Structures LLC is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our talented team in Salt Lake City, UT. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the design and analysis of structural systems, ensuring their safety, sustainability, and functionality. As a Structural Engineer, you will collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop solutions that meet the unique requirements of each project. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from residential buildings to commercial infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Create design calculations for structural integrity of projects.
• Liaise with the client to discuss project development and design adjustments.
• Lead meetings with multidisciplinary teams to review progress and address concerns.
• Assess and recommend materials and methodologies for structural work.
• Document alterations and updates to designs and specifications.
• Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support in the training and oversight of interns and new staff members.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in structural engineering projects
