Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Heel Varnisher to apply varnishing techniques to our shoe heels. You must possess excellent manual skills and attention to detail, ensuring every product meets our high standards of quality before it reaches our customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on varnished heels to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Work effectively within a team to meet daily production targets.
• Document production data and report any anomalies to supervisors.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and workflows.
• Adhere to safety regulations and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in heel varnishing or a similar role is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with shoe materials and finishes
• Troubleshooting skills
