Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Die Reamer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the accuracy and quality of dies used in machining operations. Your expertise will help to ensure efficient production and high standards in our processes.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot machining issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in machining or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in die reaming or related machining roles.

Technical Skills

• CNC programming
• Familiarity with materials commonly used in die manufacturing
• Knowledge of quality control processes

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills
• Communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC programming: Hands-on experience in programming CNC machines for precision tasks.
• Familiarity with materials used in die manufacturing: Knowledge of the properties and applications of different materials.
• Knowledge of quality control processes: Familiarity with quality assurance practices in manufacturing environments.
