Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Rest Room Matron to maintain cleanliness and ensure the proper functioning of restrooms in our facility. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and ensure the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene for our visitors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all restroom facilities are clean, stocked, and presentable.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting restroom users and addressing their needs.
• Conduct regular checks on toilet paper, soap, and paper towel dispensers.
• Maintain health and safety standards during cleaning tasks.
• Document and report any incidents or irregularities.
• Collaborate with other facility staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in training for effective cleaning practices and safety protocols.
• Foster a positive environment by promoting cleanliness to patrons.
• Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled shifts.
• Stay informed on the latest cleaning methods and products.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar custodial role preferred

Technical Skills

• Organizational skills
• Knowledge of plumbing and maintenance basics

Languages

• English: Fluent
