Job Description

As an Embossing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating embossing machines to produce intricate designs on various materials. You will ensure that machines are correctly calibrated for each job, monitor the production process, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production run. Ideal candidates should possess a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate embossing machines for specific projects based on production requirements.
• Load materials into machines and ensure proper alignment.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production run.
• Record production data accurately for reporting purposes.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience as an Embossing Machine Operator or similar role is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of embossing techniques
• Ability to read technical drawings

Certifications

• Forklift Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
