Job Description
The E-Commerce Analyst plays a pivotal role in analyzing and enhancing the performance of our online store. You will combine analytical and creative skills to drive sales, improve customer engagement, and optimize the user experience.
Responsibilities
Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives.
Create and maintain dashboards that visualize performance metrics.
Work with marketing teams to ensure alignment between website features and marketing campaigns.
Use customer feedback to improve the online shopping experience.
Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot website issues for optimal performance.
Stay updated on competitor strategies and market dynamics to inform e-commerce strategy.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Master's degree in Marketing or Business Analytics preferred
Experience
3-5 years in e-commerce analysis or related field.
