Machine Feed Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Feed Operator to join our production team. You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and maintaining the automated machines, ensuring optimal production output. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated feed machinery.
• Ensure proper raw material feeding to avoid production delays.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machines.
• Follow strict safety protocols to maintain a safe workplace.
• Record production data and report any anomalies.
• Coordinate with team to achieve smooth production flows.
• Prepare finished products for shipment.
• Clean and maintain workspaces and machinery.
• Assist with inventory tracking and reorder of materials.
• Notify supervisors of potential risks or equipment failures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred

Technical Skills

• Machine troubleshooting

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Lean manufacturing experience: Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.
• Previous supervisory experience: Experience leading or training other operators is an asset.
