Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, you will play a vital role in the paper production process. Your primary responsibility will be to blend different types of pulps, ensuring consistency and quality in the final product. You will operate and monitor machinery, adjust settings as necessary, and conduct regular quality checks. Your attention to detail will ensure that every mix meets the specified requirements, while your troubleshooting skills will help maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material flow and ensure all ingredients are available.
• Inspect machinery for any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Document production outputs and adjust processes based on performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the quality control team to align product specifications.
• Assist in the training of new hires on equipment usage and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in pulp or similar manufacturing roles preferred.
