Job Description

The Pile Header will be responsible for overseeing the installation and positioning of piles in various construction projects. This includes ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and coordinating with project managers and engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive piles using hydraulic equipment and monitor installation accuracy.
  • Implement safety measures and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Work closely with engineers to interpret and implement engineering plans.
  • Conduct routine inspections of all equipment used in pile driving.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and adapt procedures to ensure quality.
  • Keep detailed logs of installation data for further analysis.
  • Assist in training new employees on best practices in pile driving.
  • Engage in problem-solving strategies with the team for efficient operations.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Additional technical certifications related to construction are preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction with a focus on pile driving
