Job Description

We are looking for Geodetic Surveyors who are proficient with modern surveying tools and techniques. In this role, you will work closely with a dynamic team to gather and analyze geographical data critical for various construction and engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct precise field surveys to establish property boundaries and identify topographical features.
• Utilize advanced surveying equipment, including GPS and total stations, to collect accurate geographical data.
• Prepare detailed maps, sketches, and written reports based on survey findings.
• Collaborate with project teams, including engineers and architects, to provide essential data for land development projects.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal surveying regulations and standards.
• Maintain surveying equipment and tools, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Assist in training new employees on surveying techniques and equipment usage.
• Manage survey projects from inception through completion, maintaining timelines and budgets.
• Analyze survey data and present findings to stakeholders in an accessible manner.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying.
