Job Description

As an Inflight Services Flight Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers during their journey. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle emergency situations will be vital as you work closely with the cabin crew to create a welcoming atmosphere on board.

Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-flight safety checks and ensure everything is in order for a smooth flight.
  • Actively assist with boarding and help passengers find their seats and stow their luggage.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service by addressing passenger concerns and providing assistance.
  • Prepare and serve in-flight refreshments while adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment during the flight.
  • Be prepared to handle emergency situations, providing first aid as necessary.
  • Work as part of a team with other crew members, ensuring effective communication.
  • Manage financial transactions while ensuring accurate accounting of payments.
  • Attend regular training to enhance safety and customer service skills.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring passengers feel valued and cared for.

Requirements

Education

Experience
  • Experience in a role requiring customer interaction is advantageous.
