Responsibilities

  • Identify and correct issues impacting kiln performance.
  • Document all production and maintenance activities in logs.
  • Support the training and development of new operators.

  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule necessary downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and industry standards.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certification in industrial operations (preferred)
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant lime production experience.
