• Bachelor's degree in Military Science, Defense Studies or a related field
• Relevant military training and experience

• Targeting Systems Experienced in operating and interpreting advanced military targeting systems.
• Leadership Strong leadership qualities, able to inspire and manage teams.
• Communication Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with teams.
• Problem-solving Adept at identifying issues and formulating strategic solutions.
• JTAC Certification
