Job Description

As a Command and Control Center Officer, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating air-to-ground strikes, ensuring that missions are executed with precision and effectiveness. You will liaise with ground forces, pilots, and command center personnel, making critical decisions under pressure and employing advanced targeting systems to guide operations. Your expertise will be essential in pre-strike planning and post-strike assessment, helping to maintain operational integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee coordination of air support missions while liaising with ground troops.
  • Ensure effective communication between pilots and command personnel.
  • Evaluate mission execution post-operations and provide actionable feedback.
  • Keep detailed logs of air strikes and associated activities.
  • Facilitate real-time decision-making under pressure in dynamic environments.
  • Engage in pre-mission briefings and debriefings with team members.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to troubleshoot targeting systems.
  • Advise on operational strategy and mission planning based on intelligence.
  • Develop training materials and programs for new recruits.
  • Lead efforts toward continuous improvement in operational processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Defense Studies or related military field
  • Master's degree in Military Science is advantageous

  • 5+ years in a command and control or operational planning role
