Job Description

As a Piece Work Inspector, you will ensure that all finished products meet quality standards in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Your keen attention to detail will help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to verify product quality.
• Prepare inspection reports and communicate findings.
• Monitor and document compliance with production processes.
• Assist in root cause analysis of quality defects.
• Facilitate quality training sessions for new employees.
• Ensure safe operating procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve quality control methods.
• Help develop inspection criteria for new products.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Training or certification in quality control or related field is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or inspection role.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail

• Basic computer literacy

Languages

• English: Fluent
