Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled Assemblers and Fabricators to join our production team. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Your focus will be on assembling toy components with precision and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of assembled items to check for quality.
• Support team members in achieving daily production goals.
• Document any issues that arise during the assembly process.
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity.
• Participate in training programs as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous but not required.

• Basic machinery operation

Languages

• Experience with hand tools: Previous use of tools such as drills, riveters, and wrenches.
