Job Description

As a Spa Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our beauty spa, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, manage appointments, and develop marketing initiatives to attract new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the salon staff in delivering personalized customer experiences.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety protocols.
  • Drive the salon’s marketing efforts through social media and local outreach.
  • Analyze sales data and customer trends to improve service offerings.
  • Supervise inventory management and place orders for supplies.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years in a managerial role within the beauty industry.
