Job Description

As a Quality Control Systems Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes and optimizing operational efficiencies. You will implement quality systems and lead continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards to drive product excellence.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage quality control processes for manufacturing operations.
• Analyze data from quality control inspections and develop strategies for process improvements.
• Train and mentor team members on quality standards and compliance.
• Coordinate with supply chain partners to ensure consistent quality from suppliers.
• Lead audits and assessments related to quality assurance practices.
• Develop KPIs to track quality improvement initiatives and report on performance.
• Work with engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Review and update quality documentation and procedures to meet industry standards.
• Drive initiatives that align with the company's quality goals.
• Identify risks in quality processes and mitigate them effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in quality management within manufacturing environments
