Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of processes, systems, and products to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and oversee the documentation process.
• Evaluate and enhance testing methodologies and tools.
• Lead cross-functional teams in quality assurance projects.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure team performance and engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years in Quality Assurance, with a focus on the healthcare industry preferred.

Technical Skills

• Automated Testing Tools
• Regulatory Standards Knowledge

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in Healthcare, Finance, or other regulated industries: Proven track record in managing quality assurance in regulated fields.
