Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Financial Manager who will take charge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize financial strategies and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management decision-making.
• Monitor all financial transactions and ensure the integrity of data.
• Implement strategies for financial growth and sustainability.
• Conduct risk assessments and advise on the best financial practices.
• Prepare for and coordinate financial audits.
• Ensure accurate processing of payroll and vendor payments.
• Assist with long-term financial planning and investment strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
• Monitor market trends and provide insight to improve financial performance.
• Facilitate the training of staff on financial systems and policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or related fields is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing financial operations
