Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Financial Manager who will take charge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize financial strategies and mitigate risks.
Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial reports for management decision-making.
Monitor all financial transactions and ensure the integrity of data.
Implement strategies for financial growth and sustainability.
Conduct risk assessments and advise on the best financial practices.
Prepare for and coordinate financial audits.
Ensure accurate processing of payroll and vendor payments.
Assist with long-term financial planning and investment strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
Monitor market trends and provide insight to improve financial performance.
Facilitate the training of staff on financial systems and policies.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Master's degree in Finance or related fields is preferred

5+ years of experience in managing financial operations
