Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic instructors for our Adult Education program. You will be responsible for teaching basic education, secondary education, and English as a Second Language to diverse adult learners, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate classes for Adult Basic and Secondary Education and ESL learners.
• Evaluate student progress through exams, projects, and other assessments.
• Work with diverse populations and accommodate for special needs learners.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current in educational practices.
• Foster positive relationships with students to encourage learning and growth.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
• Involve parents and the community in the educational process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Master's degree in Adult Education or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in teaching adult learners

Languages
