Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Forestry and Conservation Science Teacher to educate future leaders in the field of natural resources. The ideal candidate will engage students through innovative teaching methodologies, conduct impactful research, and mentor aspiring professionals dedicated to environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative teaching strategies to engage students.
  • Conduct field research and lead students in hands-on learning experiences.
  • Provide career guidance and support to students pursuing natural resources careers.
  • Engage with the community to promote awareness of conservation issues.
  • Secure research funding and manage projects effectively.
  • Publish scholarly articles and present research findings at conferences.

Requirements

Education
  • Ph.D. in Natural Resources or a related field
  • Previous teaching experience in higher education is preferred

  • 3+ years of teaching and research experience in natural resources
