Job Description

Our HR Generalist role is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our team in Dallas. You will support HR initiatives, from recruitment to employee relations, while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Support employee engagement through surveys and feedback initiatives.
  • Facilitate performance review processes and succession planning.
  • Research and implement best HR practices to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Participate in developing employee training and development plans.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely reporting.
  • Coordinate staff events and diversity programs.
  • Manage employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Promote company culture and values throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in a related field is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of comprehensive HR experience
