Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Training Coordinator who will play a key role in developing and implementing training strategies to enhance employee performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and experience managing training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop training evaluation metrics to measure learner satisfaction and knowledge retention.
  • Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on evaluation data.
  • Support employees in their professional development paths through one-on-one coaching and mentorship.
  • Promote a culture of learning and development throughout the organization.
  • Establish partnerships with educational institutions for ongoing training opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training and development
Technical Skills
  • eLearning Development Tools (e.g. Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
  • Project Management Software (e.g. Trello, Asana)
Soft Skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Adaptability
Certifications
  • Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
Languages
  • English: Fluent
