Responsibilities

• Cut and shape candies according to precise specifications.
• Verify the quality and consistency of candy products during the cutting process.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure production timelines are met.
• Maintain the cleanliness of cutting tools and workspace.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
• Support the team by assisting in packaging and labeling when necessary.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production improvements.
• Follow safety procedures when handling machines and tools.
• Identify and rectify any cutting issues as they arise.
• Work with the Candy Production Supervisor to troubleshoot production problems.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
