The Nurse Aide Instructor will teach and instruct individuals aspiring to become certified nurse aides. In this role, you will educate students in essential skills and knowledge required in various healthcare settings.
Responsibilities
Facilitate learning through innovative teaching practices.
Engage with students and encourage participation in discussions.
Evaluate instructional effectiveness and adapt strategies as necessary.
Communicate with students about their progress and areas for improvement.
Participate in curriculum development and assessment activities.
Foster collaboration among students and promote teamwork.
Guide students in utilizing technology and other resources.
Assist in the recruitment and orientation of new students.
Ensure ethical teaching practices and maintain confidentiality.
Advocate for the needs of students and offer guidance on career paths.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
Master's degree in Nursing or Education is preferred
Experience
Preferred experience in teaching or directing nurse aide programs.
