Job Description

As an Emergency Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients in critical condition. Your role will involve performing life-saving procedures, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing comprehensive care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate care for patients presenting critical conditions.
• Perform advanced life support and emergency protocols.
• Facilitate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Engage with community health initiatives and outreach programs.
• Participate in research and clinical trials in emergency medicine.
• Contribute to the development of emergency protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with local healthcare organizations for better patient care.
• Advocate for patient safety and quality of care.
• Maintain a professional demeanor under high-pressure situations.
• Ensure the availability of necessary emergency medical supplies.

Requirements

Education

• MD or DO
• Fellowship in Emergency Medicine is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in emergency medicine with leadership roles preferred
