Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of hydraulic solutions for infrastructure projects.
  • Review and approve engineering designs and specifications.
  • Interface with regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with contractors during project execution.
  • Facilitate training sessions on hydraulic systems for staff.
  • Analyze performance data from hydraulic systems and recommend improvements.
  • Develop project timelines and reports for management.
  • Encourage innovative problem-solving among engineering teams.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality and performance standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Hydraulic Engineering is strongly preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in hydraulic systems
