Job Description

As a Mascara Molder, you will be responsible for the production of premium mascara products. This role requires precision in handling equipment, mixing ingredients, and ensuring the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for new hires on equipment operation.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the development of new mascara formulations.
• Perform maintenance checks and troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Work collaboratively with the quality control team to enhance product quality.
• Implement feedback from customers to improve product formulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in cosmetics formulation is a plus.

Experience

• 1+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
