We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Associate to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of tax regulations and compliance, along with strong analytical skills. You will play a crucial role in providing tax guidance and support to our diverse clientele, ensuring accurate filing and minimizing tax liabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and corporations.
• Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Assist clients in identifying tax-saving opportunities.
• Provide support during tax audits and inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding tax matters.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tax-related transactions.
• Develop and implement tax strategies tailored to each client's needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Master's degree in Taxation advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a tax-related role

Technical Skills

• Real Estate and Estate Taxation
• Corporate Tax Law

Certifications

• IRS Annual Filing Season Program Certification
• Certified Tax Resolution Specialist (CTRS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
