Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Converting Supervisor to lead our converting department. The Converting Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, timely, and quality output of our operations while fostering a productive team environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead production meetings to communicate daily goals and progress.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
• Schedule regular equipment maintenance checks to prevent downtime.
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product specifications.
• Encourage employee participation in safety training and programs.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with upper management regarding production needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to sharpen supervisory skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing
