Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Locker Room Attendant who will provide a safe and secure environment for guests to store their belongings while enjoying our luxury facilities. Your responsibilities will include issuing checkroom tickets, maintaining inventory, and providing top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all items stored in the checkroom are logged accurately to maintain security.
• Communicate with guests regarding any issues or concerns they may have.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of the checkroom area for events.
• Resolve guest complaints swiftly and efficiently.
• Monitor the flow of guests in the checkroom to ensure optimal service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a hospitality or events environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Inventory management software

Soft Skills

• Customer service orientation
• Multi-tasking capabilities

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Spanish: Basic

Advantageous

• Bilingual in English and Spanish: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
