Job Description

We are seeking skilled Food and Tobacco Roasting, Baking, and Drying Machine Operators to join our team in Dallas. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery that processes food products, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all production machinery is operating correctly and efficiently.
• Record production data accurately for reporting purposes.
• Work with quality assurance teams to implement improvements.
• Adhere to company policies on food safety and hygiene.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree in Food Technology is a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in machine operation within a food manufacturing setting

• ServSafe Certification
