Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Fur Matcher to inspect and match fur hides based on color, texture, and quality. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate fur hides for defects prior to production.
• Work collaboratively with the leather processing team.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies.
• Prepare reports on fur inventory and quality metrics.
• Assist in training new employees on inspection protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or textile industry is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
