Mechanical Drafter

Job Description

As a Mechanical Drafter, you will play a crucial role in our project team by creating accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD. Your expertise in engineering principles will help shape innovative designs and contribute to successful project completions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AutoCAD to create and update technical drawings.
• Work with project teams to finalize designs that meet client specifications.
• Review project specifications and ensure drawings capture all relevant details.
• Assist in quality control for all documentation and drawings.
• Support the engineering team with technical information as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Associate's degree with additional work experience may also be considered.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in drafting and design

• BIM Software

Certifications

• Certified CAD Designer
• Lean Six Sigma Certification (optional)

Languages

• English: Fluent
