Cooling and Freezing Equipment Operators and Tenders

Job Description

We seek an experienced Cooling and Freezing Equipment Operator to manage equipment for crystallization. This role involves monitoring processes closely and maintaining accurate records to optimize production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain desired production levels.
• Adjust and regulate temperatures and pressures as required by production specifications.
• Document all production activities and maintain logs as per compliance requirements.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety practices.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to address any operational failures promptly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications related to chemical processes or equipment operation preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• SCADA Systems
• Microsoft Office Suite

• Analytical skills
• Communication skills

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with specific types of crystallizers: Experience with evaporative, cooling, or vacuum crystallizers is preferred.
• Process improvement experience: Background in process improvement initiatives is advantageous.
