Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Filling Room Operator to join our vibrant team. The Filling Room Operator will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of machinery involved in filling, packaging, and labeling products. This role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings for optimal filling and packaging.
• Monitor product flow and adjust machines as needed for consistency.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are adequately maintained.
• Utilize problem-solving abilities to address production issues.
• Document all production activities accurately.
• Train existing staff on equipment best practices.
• Liaise with supervisors regarding production schedules and needs.
• Maintain effective communication within the team to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational training or certification is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or filling environment

Certifications

• GMP Training Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
