Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Mechanic to join our dynamic team. This position involves diagnosing issues, performing installations, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and heating systems.
• Diagnose system issues and provide solutions for optimal performance.
• Ensure all installations comply with local and state regulations.
• Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs and installations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Train and mentor apprentices and junior technicians.
• Develop maintenance schedules to prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in HVAC technology or related field

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in HVAC service and installation
