Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Needle Loom Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining needle loom machines to produce high-quality textiles that meet our rigorous standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor needle loom machines to weave fabrics according to specifications.
  • Load and thread yarns through loom guides and needles.
  • Adjust machine settings such as tension, speed, and stitch control for optimal fabric quality.
  • Inspect woven fabrics for defects and make necessary adjustments to equipment.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
  • Record production data and maintain accurate machine logs.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot any operational issues.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of needle loom machines and their operation
Experience
  • Previous experience in textile production is preferred.
