Job Description

Join our team as a Legal Counsel where you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to clients on various legal matters, including compliance, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in corporate law and possess a thorough understanding of legal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Draft organizational policies and internal guidelines.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on legal standards.
• Evaluate and resolve potential legal disputes before escalation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Monitor and enforce legal compliance across the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution
• Additional certifications such as an LL.M. in Corporate Law are a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate law or legal counsel roles
