Job Description

As a Health Technologist, you will perform EEG tests to diagnose neurological disorders while collaborating closely with neurologists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. This role is vital in monitoring and interpreting brain activity to ensure accurate diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct EEG tests and ensure accurate data collection.
• Educate patients about EEG procedures and address concerns.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient care.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment.
• Document procedures and patient progress accurately.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Provide emotional support for patients during testing.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in a healthcare-related field is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years experience in a healthcare setting
