Job Description

The Rolling Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of rolling equipment in the manufacturing industry. This role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting rolling machines, ensuring production targets are met effectively.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rolling machinery with precision and care.
• Document production processes and maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and bottlenecks.
• Train and mentor junior operators in machine operations.
• Inspect finished products against quality standards for deviations.
• Calibrate machine settings to optimize production quality and speed.
• Assist in the development of process improvements.
• Conduct safety audits and report findings.
• Provide feedback for equipment upgrades or replacements.
• Ensure clean and organized workspaces as per facility standards.

Requirements

Education

• Additional certifications in machine operation or maintenance preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, specifically with rolling machines

Languages
